Collection of non-personal/anonymous information
In using our website, products or services, anonymous network information may be transmitted back to us to determine how users are interacting with our products, assist us to improve the usability, performance, and effectiveness of the website, and provide alerts regarding available software updates/upgrades. In some instances, ILCT may collect non-personal (aggregate or demographic) data through cookies, web logs, and web beacons. ILCT and its Web hosting company, acting as ILCT’s agent, may collect and store technical information about your visit to our website. We use this information for statistical purposes to make our site more accessible to visitors. Any information we collect will not be provided to any other third party. Specifically, it may record:

ILCT does not correlate cookies information with data about individual users. Collection and Use of your Personal Information
"Personal Information" shall mean any information that can be used to identify an individual, and may include, but not limited to name, email address, postal or other physical address, title, occupation, and other information required to provide a service, deliver a product, or carry out a transaction you have requested.
Throughout the website, there are forms which allow you to request information, join a free teleconference call, and purchase or obtain products and/or services from ILCT. These forms may ask for contact information (such as your name and e-mail address), financial information (such as your credit card numbers), and demographic information (for example, company product categories, areas of interest, location, etc.) Information from these forms is only used to deliver the information, products and/or services that you request. It may also be used to notify you of future ILCT services and/or opportunities that may be of interest to you. When completing these forms, please do not supply another person’s personal data to us unless we prompt you to do so and you have received that individual’s consent to do so.

Sharing your Personal Information
In accordance with our Student Policies and Procedures and our commitment to maintaining our student’s confidentiality, ILCT will never share personal information without a student’s permission.
We seek to use reasonable organizational, technical, and administrative measures to protect your personal information within our organization from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration and/or destruction. As an example, our website completes the requirements for Payment Card Industry (PCI) certification. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of any account you might have with us has been compromised), please immediately notify us via the contact information provided below.
We will retain your Personal Information for as long as needed or permitted in light of the purposes for which it was obtained. For website users, and those who have requested information from ILCT, the criteria used to determine our retention periods include the length of time we have an ongoing relationship with you and the services you requested.
For students who have enrolled in our courses, we will maintain your records indefinitely in a secured database, the access of which is limited solely to the administrators of ILCT, so that we may, as your request, create rosters, provide completion certificates, and necessary documentation should you wish to pursue credentialing through an outside organization, etc.
We are committed to keeping your e-mail address confidential. We do not sell, rent or lease our subscription lists to third parties, and we will not provide your personal information to any third-party individual, government agency or company at any time unless compelled to do so by law. We will use your email address solely to provide timely information about ILCT and its programs and services. ILCT will maintain the information you send via email in accordance with applicable international law.
In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and CASL all email sent from our organization will clearly state who the email is from and provide clear information on how to contact the sender. In addition, all email messages will also contain concise information on how to remove yourself from our mailing list so that you receive no further email communication from us.
Student/coach contact information included on ILCT’s website is not posted for the purpose of promoting/marketing products/services to coaches. It is primarily posted for the purpose of allowing potential clients of a coach to connect with a coach, and only with full consent of the coach.
If you participate or contribute to ILCT's social media sites and post to its Twitter and Facebook sites, the information you provide there will be made broadly available to others using the site. Each participant's opinion in an ILCT-related post is his or her own and does not reflect the opinion of ILCT.
Our website may provide links to other third-party websites that are outside our control and not covered by this policy. We cannot extend the warranties under this declaration on data protection to such sites, nor does the fact that we refer to such sites mean that we adopt their contents as our own. We encourage you to review the privacy policies posted on those and all sites you visit.
Your California Privacy Rights
ILCT complies with the requirements of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the FTC's Rule interpreting COPPA (16 CFR § 512). Our websites are not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under 16 years of age through our site.
Choice/Opt-Out or Corrections/Updates
Users of our website can opt out of receiving communications from us at any time.
